The BEST EVER and so fresh!! You can find agave nectar where honey is found in the grocery store, but most likely in a Whole Foods or Central Market or any specialty grocery store in your area.

    Recipe #369080

This cocktail is made with pear nectar which I feel lends a more natural tasting cocktail then those made with apple pucker or pear liqueur. I muddle fresh mint from my backyard herbs.

    Recipe #389382

I always make my cocktails with fresh pressed juice. I cannot afford any extra empty calories from store bought mixers, who can!! I have a commercial grade juicer so you may need to add extra juice if your hand squeezing since my juicer produces a lot of juice! I've had the grapefruit margarita at The Daily Grill on several occasions. Here is my martini version, enjoy!

    Recipe #381897

I just bought this amazing book entitled MIX SHAKE STIR. After reading through it last night I had to try one of these cocktails ASAP! It includes recipes from several of New York's finest restaurants. Stay tuned, as I know I'll be posting many of these in weeks to come! The author suggests to spruce up this drink by adding a watermelon wedge briefly seared on a hot grill.

    Recipe #368735

This is adopted from Martha Stewart Living. Easy to make, refreshing to drink!

    Recipe #347238

From William's-Sonoma book entitled "Cocktail Parties". Perfect for an outdoor luau, it turns out a pretty pale pink if you use light rum. The grapefruit juice ensures that it's not too sweet since I don't like really sweet drinks. Very refreshing! I have doubled this recipe and it works out well so I'm sure it could be made in a large batch. Also, I wouldn't consider compromising the recipe by using canned juices. I have a juicer and juice fresh pineapple which makes the drink really frothy and delicious!!

    Recipe #371787

A delicious alternative to the standard commercial broccoli, this has a slightly peppery taste, complimenting a variety of entrees.

    Recipe #386700

    Recipe #404878

My version of a recipe found online. I love grilled pineapple and this went great with my toasted coconut rice pilaf and spice rubbed grilled chicken! The shrimp was tender and juicy! If using wooden skewers make sure you soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes. You could add some crushed red pepper or hot sauce to the marinade for some kick:-0

    Recipe #386698

Found in Real Simple magazine, these are arranged neatly atop a perfectly cooked beef burger with cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce. No extra condiments are necessary.

    Recipe #377219

From Cooking Light, fresh combination of lovely ingredients equating to the most amazing flavors in the mouth! I have to admit that the cabrales cheese is a bit too strong for my taste so the second go around I used a regular good quality blue cheese and liked it much better. This is personal preference of course. I also have substituted rice wine vinegar for the sherry vinegar and used agave nectar to replace the honey.

    Recipe #426645

Quick breakfast sandwich. Croissants are calorie ridden to begin with so I don't add any extra spread since warming it in the oven brings the butter out and the cheese keeps it moist. Croissant will toast quickly so watch closely.

    Recipe #372257

A long time staple in our family, I remember my mother making this often during the hottest days in Texas typically the month of August. I recently, however, served this along with some chili and cornbread and it was a nice compliment.

    Recipe #340585

This is a recipe I found years ago through cooking light and adopted as my own using my Spice-Rubbed Grilled Chicken Recipe #386655 along with a few other minor changes. You have to use the recipe for the grilled chicken for this to work. I don't care for raisins at all but I kept them in the final recipe b/c it just works!!

    Recipe #386764

This is from Terry Conlan the Executive Chef at the Lake Austin Spa Resort in Austin, TX. My sister visited a few years ago and brought me back his signed cookbook called "Fresh". Easy recipe if you love trout and healthy eating. I served it with Herbed Stuffed Tomotoes and Pan-Roasted Broccoli.

    Recipe #335327

This is from my Cooking Light collection of recipes. It has amazing flavor and a nice crisp and crunchy texture. It pairs perfect with grilled meat, especially antichuchos. I found that this is also a perfect dish for a raw food diet or your vegetarian friends.

    Recipe #332396

From a book entitled "on the Grill, adventured in fire and smoke".

    Recipe #374352

From Real Simple "Celebrations, Easy Entertaining for Every Occasion", just one of the many entertaining books that I own.

    Recipe #361466

From Emeril's new show Emeril Green on Planet Green Discovery.

    Recipe #354512

Found in Real Simple Magazine. Easy, healthy, beautiful on the plate and perfect for company. My BF doesn't like salmon at all and he really enjoyed this dish. I serve this with a parmesan cous cous and a side of sauteed spinach. I use about a 6 o.z. fillet as an individual serving.
