These pancakes are very soft and fluffy, not to mention SO easy to make! I like to add different things to them depending on my mood, sometimes its chocolate chips and coconut flakes, sometimes its pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon, sometimes just plain almond and butter flavorings. It's so easy to make them your own!

    Recipe #321530

This is the best lasagna recipe I have ever made. I had one lasagna several years ago that was out of this world and while this is not the same one, it is the closest one I have ever found. I like to make two and freeze one for later use.

    Recipe #321456

This recipe is a staple in our house, since my kids would hate me if I ever stopped making it! I make at least once a week to keep them happy! It goes great with scrambled eggs or just by themselves. Sometimes I will double the chocolate chips and use 1/2 cup instead of 1/4 and it makes it a little more gooey.

    Recipe #318609

I am constantly trying to find ways to make egg's taste less like eggs, since I have a very picky 7 year old eater who despises eggs. This recipe is very easy and uses things that I always have on hand so that's very important to me. My 'non-egg eater' even ate them!
