This recipe came from whatscookingamerica.net. Recipe says that it comes from a restaurant who serves these with their breakfast meals. These are yummy, pretty little "tarts" that are really more like a rich muffin. I think they would be good with chopped cherries in place of the cranberries. Nice for a tea or ladie's luncheon with fruit salad.
Delicious, light dessert that can be made anytime of the year thanks to the can of cranberry sauce. It would be perfect with brunch or tea. Chill in pretty bowls or glasses if you want individual desserts. I got this recipe from cooksrecipes.com. My only complaint is that some of the cranberries were tough, so I would advise using a good quality cranberry sauce.
I got this from Family Circle Magazine. I
served these at an open house and they
received rave reviews! Little bites of
melted chocolate, cherries, whipped cream!
Is your mouth watering? Easy and pretty!
