    A perfect combination of orange and cranberry with a pop of white chocolate. The oats add great texture, and these cookies are made successfully with white whole wheat flour or all purpose flour. *when using white flour, though, you may need to add up to 1/2 cup more.

    These are a versatile little cookie full of healthy ingredients. The original recipe calls for mashed bananas, but I have found that pumpkin puree tastes even better, but both are good. If you don't have all the dry ingredients, you can easily change the quantities of what you do have (more oatmeal if you don't have the oat bran or flax seed). You can also experiment with the add-ins: berries, chopped apples, nuts, chocolate or white chocolate chips etc. Overall, it's just a great little cookie that's super good for you, low in sugar, but big on taste!     These are a delicious melt-in-your-mouth kind of bar that is simple to make and yet gives an elegant presentation. If you like almond flavoring, and a cream cheese or cheesecake consistency, you will most surely love these.

    These are simple and fast, yet soft and delicate cookies. Perfect to serve with afternoon coffee or tea. They orginally call for vanilla extract, but I like to make them with Almond extract. I also easily substitute soy milk for the cream.

    I was surprised that this delicious cake was not here on Recipezaar. It is incredibly easy to make, and so moist and flavorful.     The combination of Potato, Egglplant and Tomatoes is perfect. This was one of the first recipes I made when my husband and I were transitioning to a more meatless menu, and found it to be delicious.     If you want chocolate fudge, this is it! I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. It's a Christmas staple in her house, and it's my husband's favorite fudge. It makes a lot of fudge, so it's a good recipe to use for gift giving. Prep time is approximate. The recipe can be credited to Mrs. Paul Kaczinsky.

    These are not P.B. cookies with choc. chips, or chocolate cookies with P.B. chips. These are the original Reese's P.B. chip cookies that they used to print on the back of the bag. They don't print this recipe anymore, but it has been my favorite since childhood. They are a traditional cookie with P.B. chips...Delicious!
