    I adapted this recipe to my own taste and based on what's in the fridge, and it was heavenly! Looked and tasted gourmet. Definitely will be making this again! I used dried bacon bits and sundried tomato tapenade, which i am sure you can replace with real bacon and sundried tomato marinated in oil. I happened to have some leftover muscato and dried blueberries but i imagine any white wine or dried cranberries will do as well! Be creative and have fun!

    From Shangri-la hotel. Ok so I have never tried this drink but it looks like a real treat! The concortion calls for raspberry fruit but feel free to substitute that with strawberries or any other berry fruit of your pref! Throw a few chunky pcs into the strawberry, pineapple and cream concortion if you like!

    I remember how I used to order this at a tiny pizza joint in Frankfurt. A definite winner given that I hate veggies in general... well, except for this light and easy spinach stir fry I tried to mimic from the family run pizza place! Great as a side dish, accompanied by perhaps a healthy grilled fish! Do also take note that spinach tends to shrink when heated, so you may like to add more to the pan!

    Came across this apple crepe recipe by Chef Gary Lim from another website. However, being the impatient person I am, I opted for store brought crepes which complemented the apple filling perfectly! Remember to serve this with a scoop of old fashioned vanilla icecream sprinkled with cinnamon powder! I am sure you will love this like I did!

    Something I just cooked up in the kitchen on a lazy day. Think crunchy pickled cucumber bits from creamy tar-tar sauce with egg and a sprinkle of garlic and pepper.
