I adapted this recipe to my own taste and based on what's in the fridge, and it was heavenly! Looked and tasted gourmet. Definitely will be making this again! I used dried bacon bits and sundried tomato tapenade, which i am sure you can replace with real bacon and sundried tomato marinated in oil. I happened to have some leftover muscato and dried blueberries but i imagine any white wine or dried cranberries will do as well! Be creative and have fun!

    Recipe #445960

Made this the other with instant crepes and the hubby gave a thumbs up! Great for any time of the day!

    Recipe #445959

Looks so yummy with melting, oozy toffee sauce. From Cosmo magazine.

    Recipe #445958

A great appetiser that has never failed me! Recipe can be prepared hours ahead and stir-fry to reheat before serving.

    Recipe #419357

    Filipino chicken dish.

    Recipe #332265

Yet to try it but it seems like a refreshing treat!

    Recipe #288184

From Shangri-la hotel. Ok so I have never tried this drink but it looks like a real treat! The concortion calls for raspberry fruit but feel free to substitute that with strawberries or any other berry fruit of your pref! Throw a few chunky pcs into the strawberry, pineapple and cream concortion if you like!

    Recipe #288177

I remember how I used to order this at a tiny pizza joint in Frankfurt. A definite winner given that I hate veggies in general... well, except for this light and easy spinach stir fry I tried to mimic from the family run pizza place! Great as a side dish, accompanied by perhaps a healthy grilled fish! Do also take note that spinach tends to shrink when heated, so you may like to add more to the pan!

    Recipe #288165

Ok, so I was craving for the Spinach with Lemon Stir Fry in a restaurant one day and despite my friend's attempt at explaining what I wanted. The chef came back with his version of how spinanch should be done. Not too bad so here's the copycat. I was thinking of substituting cream with milk and flour. Wonder if it works as well...

    Recipe #288164

Recipe has to be made just before serving. Serve with crusty bread!

    Recipe #288157

Tried this at a Thai restaurant once and fell instantly in love with it! Serve this as an appetiser with rice or prawn crackers! Tastes as good without the prawns. Note that minced chicken can be substituted with minced pork too.

    Recipe #288132

Made this few years back. Recipe may be made 1 day ahead.

    Recipe #288121

Have yet to try this but it sure does look good! Recipe to share.

    Recipe #288120

Came across this apple crepe recipe by Chef Gary Lim from another website. However, being the impatient person I am, I opted for store brought crepes which complemented the apple filling perfectly! Remember to serve this with a scoop of old fashioned vanilla icecream sprinkled with cinnamon powder! I am sure you will love this like I did!

    Recipe #287989

Made this Chinese Szechuan soup a few times and it's always consistently good. Very appetising. Recipe best made just before serving.

    Recipe #287966

Something I just cooked up in the kitchen on a lazy day. Think crunchy pickled cucumber bits from creamy tar-tar sauce with egg and a sprinkle of garlic and pepper. Ok, so it's not exactly gourmet but I liked it so much I had 3 omelets at one go. I shall try not to keep count of the cholestrol!

    Recipe #287923

I wanted to whip up a quick snack for my partner one morning and these were what I had in the fridge. A simple snack that turned out pretty good! I am sure this works well for leftover turkey and between sandwiches too!

    Recipe #287904

Simple fish fillet for those with fiery tastebuds. Alternatively, opt for mild curry paste instead!

    Recipe #287017

Cant remember where I found this recipe from. Tried this recipe out for a dinner party once and it was pretty well-received. Bonus for being so easy to put together. I used chicken fillets and they were really quite tasty!

    Recipe #287015

A variation of prawns in white wine sauce. Decided to experiment with leftover vodka from a Xmas party, and they were gobbled up pretty soon enough!
