I am on a recipe hunt to find a Parmesan Peppercorn Salad Dressing similar to the one a local diner served - it was my husband's favorite salad dressing. I found a couple of recipes online and was posting them here to reference for later. I haven't tried this recipe yet. This recipe was posted on Growlies Salad Index online. I didn't copy down the website address.

From Recipes for Food Allergies by Marilyn Gioannini. Any seed or nut that can be made into milk can be used to make a milk shake. Brazil nuts are used here as an example. Frozen bananas are an important ingredient - they serve the same purpose as ice cream in dairy milk shakes. Bananas should be frozen when fully rips. Peel them and place in a plastic bag. They will keep in the freezer without turning dark for up to a week.

This recipe is from Cooking With 4 Ingredients by Jean Coates, c. 2002. Simple, easy. I have copied the recipe as written - but when I made these I warmed the taco shells in the oven, boiled the hot dogs, and then put the whole thing together without the microwave. Do whatever is easiest for you.
