I found this recipe on a blog entitled "Love Veggies and Yoga" and absolutely fell in love with it. It's what I imagine drinking sunshine out of a glass might be like.

    Recipe #472136

I found this recipe on the back of a bag of fresh stir fry vegetables and just loved it, so I thought I'd share. The ingredients are staples in my pantry, so this is a great recipe when I need a quick fix to add some flavor to veggies.

    Recipe #416299

I found this recipe in Lorenza De' Medici's "Tuscany The Beautiful Cookbook." I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!

    Recipe #477189

These particular sugar cookies are much more like small cakes, I think, than traditional sugar cookies, so you're free to frost or glaze them to your taste. We prefer them plain. I also use an old fashioned biscuit cutter to shape my cookies, so they turn out to be somewhat larger than a traditional cookie as well. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!

    Recipe #387990

I found this recipe in the October/November 2011 issue of Country Magazine. Roxanne Chan from Albany, CA submitted it for publication, and I'm so glad she did!! This is a wonderful autumn soup with just the right amount of heat. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

    Recipe #469464

I found this recipe on The New York Times website and fell in love with it the very first time I tried it. It's hands down THE BEST quinoa recipe I've discovered. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

    Recipe #435775

I got this recipe from a SparkPeople user. I haven't tried it yet but wanted to put it on here so I wouldn't lose it. I think I would serve this on a bed of rice or wrapped in a tortilla.
