Prepare this ahead on those hot summer days, and toss on the grill for a quick meal. A colorful, pretty main dish. We love these served over saffron rice. The recipe easily doubles for guests. Prep time does not include marinade time of 1-2 hours.

    Recipe #483574

A great summertime appetizer! Colorful and unique - can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to grill.

Easy recipe for a fruity spread on toast or waffles. Keeps in the fridge for quite a long time (if any is leftover!).

These step you outside the normal boundaries of deviled eggs with a surprise ingredient - potato chips! This was my Dad's (Wick Brandon) recipe - he got the recipe from a box of potato chips in the 70's. There are NEVER leftovers, and Easter would not be the same without them. Enjoy! Viclynn

This is not your typical cheese ball -- it is a dessert cheese ball that is always a hit at parties. It tastes a lot like chocolate chip cookie dough. I serve it as an appetizer as well. Graham cracker sticks work really well with this recipe -- I use both regular and chocolate graham crackers. Prep time does not include 3 hours to chill. Enjoy! Viclynn

A Brandon family classic. He always made these on the 4th of July, along with his bacon/potato chip deviled eggs, and ribs. Sometimes he would substitute chopped green chiles for the green pepper. He was always fiddling with the recipe! I also have this recipe in his own handwriting. It is precious to me.

This recipe makes a lot - and that is a good thing, because it is eaten as fast as it is taken out of the oven. Great with pita chips, crackers, or carrot sticks. I have successfully cut the recipe in half. This one will be a favorite of cheese lovers!

Marrying two of the South's most treasured dishes, this is a fast, easy, delicious dish to serve with roasted meat. Why haven't we thought of this before, ya'll? Yum!

Scott's Grandma, Edith, prepared this recipe for us when we were first married over 30 years ago. I ranted and raved about how delicious until I think I embarrassed her because the recipe is so simple! She was 1/2 Danish and 1/2 Norwegian, and I thought it was likely a terribly complicated recipe using unique ingredients. How wrong! Thanks Grandma Edie (sending this note to you in heaven) - we think of you often!

Mr. Dean passed away this week - I have always been a loyal customer of his sausage (though he sold the rights several years ago). In memory of him, here is one our favorite casseroles - SO easy for weeknights. Enjoy!

    Recipe #430187

This is a very easy dish with great flavor. The best part is that it is make ahead, so I can prepare it on the weekend, then pop it in the oven when entertaining. Cooking times may vary depending on the size of your chicken breasts. Makes a great gravy. I usually serve this over mashed potatoes. Prep time does not include marinating time. Enjoy!

Don't let this combination scare you - it is SO tasty! You can make the brats ahead of time and let them simmer in the delicious sauce. PERFECT for tailgating at football games!
