    This is not your typical cheese ball -- it is a dessert cheese ball that is always a hit at parties. It tastes a lot like chocolate chip cookie dough. I serve it as an appetizer as well. Graham cracker sticks work really well with this recipe -- I use both regular and chocolate graham crackers. Prep time does not include 3 hours to chill. Enjoy! Viclynn

    These step you outside the normal boundaries of deviled eggs with a surprise ingredient - potato chips! This was my Dad's (Wick Brandon) recipe - he got the recipe from a box of potato chips in the 70's. There are NEVER leftovers, and Easter would not be the same without them. Enjoy! Viclynn

    Scott's Grandma, Edith, prepared this recipe for us when we were first married over 30 years ago. I ranted and raved about how delicious until I think I embarrassed her because the recipe is so simple! She was 1/2 Danish and 1/2 Norwegian, and I thought it was likely a terribly complicated recipe using unique ingredients. How wrong!     A Brandon family classic. He always made these on the 4th of July, along with his bacon/potato chip deviled eggs, and ribs. Sometimes he would substitute chopped green chiles for the green pepper. He was always fiddling with the recipe! I also have this recipe in his own handwriting. It is precious to me.
