I guess my Dad spoiled me with this recipe because regular scrambled eggs just taste dull to me now. What's great about this is that the flavor isn't too overpowering or spicy. Kids will still love them. My 10 year old says they are better than anybody else's eggs!

This is my favorite carrot dish. It is a great twist for a simple vegetable. Use it as a side for a Mediterranean dinner, or for a satisfying snack during the day. The combination of lemon and olives adds so much flavor.

Silky French toast bursting with so much flavor that to add syrup on top would only detract from the experience. My ten year old boy typically drowns his pancakes / French toast with syrup, but he didn't even ask for any this time!
