From the moment I first tasted this type at Chipotle Grill I was hooked on this tangy salsa. It's not always easy for me to get to the restaurant and to be honest, they don't give you a very generous portion with your chips. I looked all over the internet to find a recipe for this one, but couldn't find it so I made my own. I created this recipe based on the ingredients list on their website, plus a few of my own touches but the result is very very close. Adjust the hot peppers if more or less heat is desired.

    Recipe #431984

This is another quick cool side dish to enjoy on the hottest of summer days. This is very easily thrown together with ingredients in the cupboard. I really like to use the canned or jarred Goya red peppers, they have a good taste and save a lot of time.

    Recipe #245786

This is a salad that can be EASILY thrown together very quickly for a healthy and tasty side dish. I fixed mine with ratherbeswimmin's grilled shrimp and it was a super combination! It is supposed to be a quick recipe, hence the canned tomatoes and beans, but if you make it fresh I am sure it will be even better!

    Recipe #245781

This is my very favorite gingerbread cookie recipe. The dough is so firm and nice to work with and is so wonderful smelling that it is almost like a stress reliever. These disappear in lightning speed in my house! This recipe is adapted from a recipe in the Joy of Cooking and according to the entry they only have 3 grams of fat per cookie! If you want crisp cookies roll out very thin. Thicker cookies = softer cookies, thinner cookies= crisper cookies. If the dough is too sticky, chilling should help. **I noticed a lot of people have been having some sticky dough issues. You need to make sure you let the dough rest at LEAST two hours. For some reason this helps make the dough more workable. I live in FL and we have terrible humidity, but I have never had a problem with sticky dough in this recipe.

These cookies are so delicious and extremely easy! I found the recipe on a box of devil's food cake mix and I have loved it ever since. Nuts are completely optional, I usually make them without, but macadamia nuts are really nice when you add them.

    Recipe #79917

I have made several batches of this stuff. You can find recipes all over the internet, but this one works best for me. My favorites are the ones that really look like cookies (they make the kids and husbands crazy). This is a good craft project for kids too!

    Recipe #79306

I came up with this when I was getting ready to make Sloppy Joes, but was craving some ZING! The ZING! is in the chipotle pepper sauce and I will state again that is it kind of HOT. I enjoy spicy foods and this recipe is a product of that enjoyment. You can freeze the leftover chipotle peppers and sauce for adding zip to mayo or other white sauces or for adding to other dishes. It is neat stuff to experiement with! Hope you like the recipe, it is fast and easy!

This mask is especially for combination or oily skin. The apple provides natural fruit acids that exfoliate and brighten. It also adds an astringent effect. The green tea is an anti-oxidant known for having healing properties. It also contains caffiene which may add in relieving puffiness. The Chamomile is anti-inflammatory and if you use the Celestial Seasonings brand it also has licorice root which brightens your complexion. The oatmeal is soothing, softening, and good for problem skin. The honey is a humectant that adds moisture. Honey also contains anti-oxidants and vitamins. Egg whites have a firming effect when used in facial masks. The lemon juice is astringent and will aid to lighten freckles and other skin discolorations. I was looking for these type of qualities when I whipped up this mask. It smells nice and feels wonderful easpecially when chilled. It leaves my skin baby soft and glowing. If you have sensitive skin or allergies I would not use this mask. If you are allergic to ragweed you should omit the Chamomile because it may aggravate your condidtion.

I love potatoes boiled in Old Bay....this is kind of a twist on the typical recipe. It is delicious, easy, and requires minimal ingredients. This one tastes a lot more complicated than it really is! If you are sensitive to spicy foods I would half or even quarter the amount of Old Bay used. We like it spicy so this is a spicy recipe.

    Recipe #71443

This recipe comes from the Miami Spice cookbook and it is really good. I love Buffalo wings but I think these are better (no chicken skin). I hope you love the recipe as much as I do!

    Recipe #71440

This is a VERY juicy turkey! It is so delicious, but a little salty, so if you can't have, or don't like salt then I would reduce the amount of use more water. This turkey comes out VERY tender. Most turkeys that you buy at the grocery store have been "enhanced" with a sodium solution, which means it is already kind of salty. I would reduce the amount of salt to 1 cup instead of four unless you are using a turkey that has not been treated with a sodium solution.

    Recipe #69120

This is a deliciously dark toffee that is a hard candy when you first put it in your mouth, but softens until it is wonderfully chewy. I adapted this from a recipe that I found at http://thefoody.com (which is a great site for English and Irish recipes).

    Recipe #68992

The inspiration for this came from the South Beach Diet. They used Cilantro mayonaise, which sounded good too. This is so easy, quick and low carb!

    Recipe #63934

This is the pesto I usually make. I love it on grilled chicken, pasta, and sandwiches. I used walnuts because they are way cheaper than pine nuts. I can't tell the difference myself, so I think it must be pretty close in flavor. I removed the chicken broth from the recipe because it isn't really necessary and half the time I make it I don't even have it on hand.

    Recipe #63932

This is my family's very most favorite way to enjoy scrambled eggs. They come out tender and moist. For easy clean up, pour the water from the saucepan into the empty stainless steel bowl and the stuck on egg just lifts right off!!!

    Recipe #63929

This recipe is from an old canning book...I think this would make a nice gift.......

    Recipe #63752

This is a good recipe for using loquats if you are lucky enough to have access to a tree. You can fill these with a mixture of cream cheese, OJ concentrate, and grand marnier...piped into them...a simple classy hors d'oeuvre!

    Recipe #63747

I have a smoker, but it is a pain to use frequently...I think this rub gives a pleasantly smokey flavor to your meat...without the smoke....add more cayenne if you need more heat..

    Recipe #63743

This is my morning breakfast usually...it is low carb, low calorie, and helps me get down that nasty carb solutions stuff....This helps tone down some of the weird taste of the mix and makes it more drinkable!!! One glass is about 120 calories.

    Recipe #63108

This is a good cheap meal that tastes very good! I notice the bouillion, Chablis, and apple seem to cut some of the tartness of the sauerkraut and the sausage comes out with the most excellent flavor!
