This is simple but I reall like it and it is only 1 point! great on a hot day! this is from an old newsletter, here is what she says: Leave it to Hungry Girl, our resident creamsicle freak, to create a delicious, guilt-free, creamy, orange treat. Our embarrassingly simple recipe uses fat-free Cool Whip for creaminess, diet orange soda for oranginess, and a flexy straw, just 'cuz it's fun! What are you waiting for? A floaty-rific creation is just moments away! Serving Size: 1 recipe Calories: 60 Fat: 0g Sodium: 75mg Carbs: 12g Fiber: 0g Sugars: 4 Protein: 0g * 1 Point!

    Recipe #305092

After reading many different crock pot potpourri recipes I came up with this one, and my house smells wonderful! :) If you don't have a small crock pot, just use a sauce pan and simmer on your stove. These are fun to throw together because you can use what ever you want to create the scent you want and you can't really mess up. I used the spices sold in the cellophane bag, they are very inexpensive and are usually in the Hispanic section of the grocery store.

    Recipe #359097

This is delicious! This is good for breakfast or for a snack or even dinner if you are low on points at the end of the day. I added extra mushrooms. When you are making the "egg crust" be really sure it's ready to flip or it will fold and not be the same. enjoy!

    Recipe #319782

I really like this. It is quick and easy to make and really good! I used weight watcher wheat bread because it meets the requirements for her recipe. This 3 slice of bread serving is very filling! I think next time I will just eat the two pieces and maybe a piece of fruit or yogurt, I ate mine just the way the recipe states but, she says to feel free to serve it with sugar free maple syrup, sugar-free preserves, fresh berries, and/ or a squirt of fat-free whipped cream. You can also cut these into sticks if y ou wish. just cut the bread into srtips before dipping into the egg wash.Enjoy! *THIS would not let me add 1 packet of splenda or no-calorie sweetener! so dont forget it, you will need it at the end! :)

    Recipe #357931

I found this recipe at christmas time on allrecipes.com, i tweaked it a bit. I added the semi-sweet chips and reduced the sugar from 2 cups to one and i used more peanut butter. i only planned on making one batch to take to work, but over the course of that week I think I ended up making 4 batches because everyone wanted more.
