kate made these on jon and kate plus 8.The episode where the two older girls are mommy for the day. These are really good. I think i may add olives or mushrooms next time.

    Recipe #373824

from lowcarbfriends.com Update: 4-02-09: this is a really quick soup to make, and so tasty!:) i left out the carrots and added garlic to the onion....lots of garlic.... i doubled the batch and took some to "punky's mum" so we will have to see how she liked it :) I think next time I might add some mushrooms.

    Recipe #363973

from ww message boards NOTE: if you have a newer crockpot, i would only cook for about 4 1/2 -5 hours otherwise you will end up with dry chicken and a mushy mess. this does have a great flavor though, just try not to overcook it. :)

    Recipe #363571

from spark people.com UPDATE 3-27-09 i first posted this as 6 points, but when i put into the recipe builder it is 7 points. I really enjoyed this, i loved all the flavors. I coulndnt find the cheese slices so i just used 6 ounces of the part skim mozzarella shredded (same points) and it worked really well. i actually think next time i will use less cheese as it was almost too cheesey(if thats possible). I also think that the chicken by itself is great! it would make a great breaded chicken tender to dip in ....whatever you want. if you eat those by themself and divide the 16 ounces of chicken into 8 servings, they would be 4 points per serving. :) enjoy!

    Recipe #362692

from ww online. this is what it says:These dessert kabobs are the perfect mix of classy and fun. Wow your mom on Mother's Day!

    Recipe #360691

    Recipe #357919

from weight watchers 15 minutes five ingredient cookbook. it says these are great for entertaining because of their inpressive appearance. noone will ever know they were quick and easy to prepare.:) UPDATE: 3-23-09 these are quite tastey! :) cant believe they are only one point! I didnt use the pecans because i dont care for them. if you werent making this weight watchers style you could take the chocolate candy melts or bark and pour some over each top half. :)

    Recipe #354993

from 3 fat chicks on a diet UPDATE:2-25-09 I made these today and i used caned chicken instead of regular chicken and it worked reall well. It didnt change the points at all according to the recipe builder on ww online. I used whole wheat tortillas and those made my points go up by 2.(so 4 in total) which still wasnt bad. these are pretty good and fast to make.I was gonna have one and a piece of fruit but the wrap was filling enough. I couldnt find the fat free cream cheese in the garden veggie flavor so i used regular fat free. update! 3-02-09 made these again(lol) still used the plain cream cheese, ff, but instead of sprinkling with the cayenne pepper, i used italian seasoning and garlic powder! it was delicious! i wont use the cayenne again the italian seasoning is the best! feel free to change the seasoning up a bit and let me know how you did it!:)

    Recipe #353925

    Recipe #353924

from donnita.com UPDATE: 2-04-09: I made this with shredded cheese and it worked just fine. We really like this and it is so easy to make. i cuoldnt find the fat free turkey sausage so i used the reg. turkey sausage. Hubby suggested to serve with salsa.

    Recipe #349788

from angelfire.com.UPDATE:1-13-09 made last night and hubby loved it,said it had nice flavors that blended well together. I sprinkled some italian seasoning in the ricotta mixture and i also sauted some mushrooms to layer with everything else but i forgot about them and ended up putting them on the top at the end and that actually worked really well.lol I used a 8x8 casserole dish.UPDATE 2-18-09: made this again and added some cooked chicken to the mix and it was great. I sprinkled the chicken with italian seasoning and grilled it on the george foreman. excellent!

    Recipe #346405

from aimee's adeventures. UPDATE:JAN 13,2009: Made these and they are pretty good! I would definately suggest to add a small can of green chilis and maybe a dash of red pepper flakes to the cheese mix at the begining! It was a tad bland but still really good! I used one can of the cheese soup and one can of the southwest cheese soup!:)

    Recipe #346381

I got this from cooks.com. I didn't see one like this on here. I made this for our new years eve breakfast and hubby and i both loved it! It was so easy to make and i loved that i made it last night and just poped it in the oven in the morning while i was making the pancakes. The only thing I would do different is to add some hot pepper sauce to the mix(it was a little bland for our taste. I would also maybe add some mushrooms. enjoy!

    Recipe #346372

I found this on the food fit website. I guessed on the times since I have not made this yet but plan to before winter is over/ yum! UPDATE:Made 1-18-09 and it was good. I used frozen green beans ans they worked really well.

I saw this on a diet recipe and thought it looked interesting. I will make this soon but thought i would share it first with all you ww junkies!lol. 3 ww points per taquito and 2 1/2 teaspoons of dip. the cooking times were not included so this is just a guess and does not include the freezing time. UPDATE:1-9-09 We made these last night and they are really good! THey have a nice flavor. next time i might spray them with some cooking spray before cooking to give them a even cook other than that they were great! The sauce was good but i wasnt in love with it. hubby loved the sauce and said it had a nice smokey flavor!
