Having been to Israel numerous times and having tried hummus all over the country, I find this hummus recipe pretty close to what you would find there. To save time, I use canned garbanzo beans, but friends who use the same recipe tell me that the dried beans are the way to go.

This salad is absolutely delish and so simple! You can blanch the broccoli or leave it raw. I used red onion instead of scallions and baco's instead of bacon. You simply cannot go wrong with this one.

This is a recipe I make when I find broccoflower in the stores which isn't too often. I have used cauliflower as a replacement and it comes out just as good.

This recipe is a big hit with my family. Even the kids love it! I got it out of "The Low Blood Sugar Cookbook", so it's lo carb and great for diabetics. It's so easy to throw together and dinner is served in no time.I serve it as a main dish with a salad and garlic bread. Hope you enjoy it.

I usually make this recipe to go with my Mediterranean Chicken Thighs. I found both recipes in my local newspaper and they've been a family favorite for several years. I hope you enjoy both as much as we do.

I found this recipe in my local newspaper. It is a big hit when I am having company. I usually broil it for a few minutes to brown after cooking. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I do.
