Got this out of a local cookbook. I don't drink coffee but made it for some friends who loved it. The recipe makes a lot and I had to guess on servings. I put this in a pretty jar and gave it as a gift.
Got this out of a church cookbook. These are wonderful and very easy to make. I guessed at the number of crackers. I used 1 sleeve of saltines. Site doesn't recognize "sleeve or column". Use however much will fit on the pan.
My family, especially my husband, loves lots of flavor with his potatoes. We were getting bored with the same old baked potatoes. So we started doing this with them and they are fantastic. I put measurements for the seasonings, but I always just use a pinch or two of them. It's all according to taste.
I got this recipe off the back of a box of Duncan Hines Brownie Mix. I made it with vanilla frosting and cream cheese frosting and the cream cheese frosting made it perfect. I took this to a family party and everyone ate it up.
My husband had been buying some salsa from the store at $4.99 per container. So I purchased ingredients that was listed on the label, and made my own. It took a few tries but this worked best for our tastes. I had to list an amount for the cilantro, but I just grabbed about 1/2 a bunch (probably made 1/4-1/2 cup), chopped it and added it. It's also best if it's refrigerated for at least 1 hr so the flavors can blend.
My family loves this recipe and ask for it often. The combination of ranch, meunster cheese, parmesan cheese and garlic makes an excellent sauce right in the pan. I do not bread the bottom of chicken as I do not like soggy breading.
