This is a wonderful sauce that is delicious over crepes or any type of dessert. I came up with this on my own, so the amounts may be off a bit. The sweetness/tartness differs with everyone, so you can easily add more sugar if you like. This is very easy to make. I drizzle this over crepes and over my flans.

    Recipe #153926

I use this recipe to fill my chocolate crepes, but this would be a delicious filling for cakes or cream puffs as well.

    Recipe #153925

This is wonderful and pretty easy to make. It makes a lot of crepes, but they freeze well, until you want to fill them. I fill them with Recipe #153925 and top it off with my Recipe #153926.

This is a wonderful dish a South African friend sent me. The oxtail gives such a rich flavour.

I know this sounds like a lot of garlic, but the garlic flavor dissipates during long cooking. After it's finished cooking, you can squeeze the garlic onto bread or use in mashed potatoes. Found this in a crock pot cook booklet.

Got this recipe off of 30 Minuite Meals. I use ocean perch and calamata olives in place of the capers and snapper. This would also be good with shrimp or any other seafood added to it. This has a really delicious taste and is very easy to make. I served it over rice.

This is a very simple and delicious appetizer that I found on another site. I've made it many times. Most of the prep time is the marinading time. These are really good grilled too.

This marinade is wonderful for any meat, but I use it on chicken then grill it. It's wonderful. The smell of the fish sauce is awful, but the end result is delicious.

This is a wonderful Indian dish I found on another recipe site. I added the lamb and zucchini. I served this with fresh rolls sprinkled with zatar. The lamb could be left out for a delicious vegetarian dish.

This is my own recipe I dreamed up this summer. I've got an abundance of fresh herbs and wanted to try this out. Turned out really good. I also use this mixture on grilled steaks. The amounts of the ingrediets are an estimate (I didn't measure anything out) so feel free to use your own judgment. Hope ya like it.

This is a delicious recipe in Taste of Home grilling magazine. I make up a bunch of these and freeze them. When I want burgers for dinner, all I do is thaw and grill. Saves time in prep
