This is my own recipe. I tweaked it a bit from my Ginger Spare rib recipe. Don't let the fact they are chicken feet deter you from trying these. These are bone sucking good. Would make for a great appetizer for an Asian meal. And good conversation piece at parties. lol

    Recipe #251328

This is my own creation. We had an extra guest for dinner and needed to expand the salmon out a bit, so I decided to utilize the few shrimp we had left in the freezer. Also just happened to have some colorful veggies in the fridge, so I tossed those in for some color. This turned out really good.

    Recipe #227283

I had some left over asian veggies that I needed to do something with before the went bad, so I tossed them in with some ramen noodles I was cooking and it turned out yummy. Hope you enjoy.

This is my own recipe. I love the flavour of rosemary and orange together, so I came up with a marinade for pork tenderloin. This turned out really good. Makes for a really healthy and fresh tasting grilled pork dish. Served this with Almond Cranberry Rice and carrots.

Tagine are Moroccan slow-cooked meat, fruit and vegetable dishes which are almost invariably made with lamb, but beef makes a nice alternative. I happened upon this recipe on the Berber Trading Company site while shopping for tagines. I love lamb and Moroccan food and this one looked interesting. This has a really nice flavor and goes well served with a flat bread or rice. Smells heavenly while cooking.

    Recipe #205517

This is a very easy and deliciously rich dessert. I got it from a girl at work. The Mt.Dew sounds a bit strange to add to it, but I assure you it will turn out thick and syrupy in the end.

    Recipe #203188

Just another variation of Buffalo Wings. Recipe is from Paula Deen, but I've tweaked it to make it my own.

    Recipe #191854

After having made flan recently, for the first time, I was inspired to how simple they are to make, so I decided to play around with different toppings. I came up with this. Very easy and really delicious. I hope you enjoy it.

Got this recipe from a girl at work. I have no idea where she got it. These are simple and yummy treats. Would make great Christmas treats. Feel free to play with this recipe. The original recipe didn't have nuts, but I added them. These would be good dipped in chocolate as well.

    Recipe #189735

This is my own creation. Inspired by Emerils, "Crawfish Stuffed Pork Chops". This is really a yummy and good way to cook a tougher piece of meat, as it's not tough at all once it's cooked. It also makes a very nice presentation when plated up. The times are an estimate. Just depend on how quick you are in the kitchen. lol

    Recipe #184849

Came up with this one, on my own. After making several of the ice cream recipes on here. I was inspired. What can I say. Amarula is a South African cream liquor. This is very rich. No need to add sugar, as the white chocolate is very sweet in itself.

    Recipe #176258

Found this recipe on another website. Thought I'd share it. It's simply delicious. This is great using pineapple, peaches, plums, honeydew or any fruit you wish. This makes a great camping treat.

    Recipe #176096

Miss Annie inspired me to make this. This is similar to her, "Okra Patties", except that I'm using eggplant and an ingredient or two more. Very tasty and a different way to prepare eggplant than the usual cassarole or breaded and fried eggplant. Hope you enjoy it.

    Recipe #175755

This is a simple quick recipe I found in Taste of Home magazine. This can be easily frozen and heated for whenever you wished to eat it.

    Recipe #169137

Mustard adds a zippy flavour for these sweet sticky wings. Inspired by 'Taste of Home", I added minced jalapeño peppers to add an extra kick and used lime juice instead of lemon.

I came up with this on my own. I was inspired by a couple different leek recipes on. My touch is the rosemary, wine and bacon. Turned out delicious and thought I'd share. Delicious side dish.

    Recipe #167242

My own recipe. I've been making these for years and every time I tweak it up a bit to make it hotter and hotter and to find the right taste. These are very spicy, but of course you can control the heat by adjusting the amount of peppers.

    Recipe #163482

This is my own creation. We had an extra guest for dinner and needed to expand the salmon out a bit, so I decided to utilize the few shrimp we had left in the freezer. Also just happened to have some colorful veggies in the fridge, so I tossed those in for some color. This turned out really good.

    Recipe #163479

This a really easy and tasty dish I found in Marth Stewart's magazine.

    Recipe #156971

If you like rolls with a tough crust, this is your roll. These are exactly like the rolls I ate when I lived in Germany. My brother found this recipe and had me test it out. Turns out really yummy.
