This is from Everyday with Rachael Ray April 2008. It was under a special section of light foods so it should be healthier for you despite what Recipezaar may calculate.
My recommendation for this recipe is instead of getting a whole chicken just get a package of mixed pieces of chicken or just drumsticks or whatever you prefer.
This is another recipe from the Gourmet March magazine which I have yet to make but plan to. The only unfortunate thing about this is that you need a pastry bag but if anybody knows another way to create them please expound.

This recipe is from the March edition of Gourmet. I would recommend using two percent rather than whole milk or half and half for heavy cream if you want to lower the fat and calories.
