    I found such a good sale on beef ribs that I had to buy them even though I didn't have a clue how to cook them. When I got home, I tried a rub. Too spicy and too dry, so I found a BBQ sauce, smothered them and grilled them. The result was just amazing!

    They're amazing, baked & delicious! TIP: I made them last night using a 4lbs bag of frozen wings, it worked great. We did one and a half recipe for the sauce, baked for about an hour, remove the extra liquid from the baking dish and boiled it to use as a dipping sauce while the wings were getting a little crispier on the outside. It was a hit!

    I grew in Quebec and always looked forward to Christmas to be able to eat meat pies. When I married & moved to the US, I took the recipe with me, no way I can spend Christmas without the smell of cooking meat pies. Luckily for me, hubby & kids are hooked.     Everyone that tastes it wants the recipe. It's the best mac & cheese you'll ever eat :) Wish I could say it was a family recipe or something, but after being married for a few months, I wanted to make mac & cheese so I grab a box of elbow noodles at the grocery and made the recipe in the back.
