    I got this recipe out of a healthy recipes cookbook called "Crazy Plates" and it is by far my favorite! I will write the recipe as they did but know that I like to add avocado slices and tomato to the burger and also I prefer to leave out the brown sugar in the spread. Sometimes this makes for a messy burger so I cut up the mushroom and make a wrap out of the ingredients. Either way is really good! Oh and for anyone else who may not know, as I didn't, chickpeas are garbanzo beans. :) Also, if you have any left over spread, I like to use it in a regular sandwich wrap with turkey, spinach, tomato, cheese, and olives.

    Your family will love it! You can add to it whatever you like. You could make it with chicken, but I suggest trying it this way first. If made with chicken, brown the chicken, with skins on, in the oven, then add all the juices to the pot also for flavor. This is an easy to make crowd pleaser, made with lots of burgundy wine, steak, and mushrooms.

    I just saw this on the R.R. show, Jessica Simpson made it and it looked so easy and yummy I had to save it here fast. Ok I just made this last night and it turned out so good. Made more like a chicken pot pie, I used one crescent roll for the bottom, just laid it out flat, and another for the top. Making it this way you only need 2 packs of rolls. I also threw in some mushrooms before cooking, it was very easy and good. Hubby gives it 4 stars, i would give 5.

    i found this recipe at top secret recipes and everyone loves it! they have 2 versions, this was made from the fat-free version although i have been too afraid to actually use the fat free miracle whip. i just used this recipe because the list of ingredients is so short compared to the other version and it tastes perfect everytime i make it. i have shared this recipe with many friends and family members.

    i have been making this recipe for years for family parties and everyone asks for more. this is an easy recipe that is even better if you make it a day ahead. i use my food processor now but i used to use my handheld chopper and that worked great also. i make a big batch of this stuff at a time, but you can easily cut it back if need be. this will make a big mixing bowl size amount of salsa.

    This is one my family has been making as long as I can remember. It really isnt much of a recipe, it is so easy! They are easy and delicious!!! Just an update.... This last time I made them I thought I would try without the oil to see what the difference is and although the oil is messy it does taste better somehow. I think the oil helps to keep the crab more moist or something. It is good both ways but I will go back to using the oil now that I know.

    I found this recipe in a little betty crocker magazine called simple healthy meals. This recipe is so good because it is made with on hand ingredients so I use this as an easy, last minute idea when I cant think of anything to make for dinner. This dish is very healthy and doesnt taste like it is. The few changes I make to the recipe are I just use all black beans, since they are healthier than pinto beans. I use extra sharp full fat cheddar, you dont need very much anyways being extra sharp so why not? And I like to add a can of my favorite el pato tomato sauce (yellow can) to the meat mixture also. And also I just lay out the tortillas tearing them so they fit in the pan. the strips are extra work I dont think that is neccesary. I like to serve this with a little bit of sour cream.

    This recipe is out of a cookbook called eating well, healthy in a hurry. I love how simple this recipe is to make. It is great on a cold night and so healthy! I double the sauce to make it more like a soup since I love egg flower soup and this reminds me of it. I also omit the sugar, it is good without. I have only made this with white wine since i have no reason to buy mirin aside from this recipe and it turns out great. for a spicy kick, my husband likes to top this off with that hot rooster sauce. I do not know the proper name for it since it is in another language.

    This recipe is from another site and is very highly rated, with good reason. I love this recipe and my sister who doesnt like the fishyness of salmon even loves it too. Just thought I would share it here. :) The only thing I do different is use garlic powder in place of the salt.

    This is my favorite spaghetti sauce ever. When i was growing up it was the only spaghetti i would eat. This is an easy way to cook it since you just get it all started and throw it in the crock pot and let it do it's thing. Cooking time does not reflect the time needed for the crock pot.
