My twist on the typical chicken and rice recipe. Added some spinach and carrots to get more veggies in our diet. This can be baked or cooked in skillet. I'm sure it would work in a crockpot too. I use a bit of ranch dressing mix and/or garlic and onion powder for flavor. Season to suit your taste or just cook as recipe states.

Here's a marinade I made up tonight, and wanted to save just incase it's good. I'd love to add some cayenne, but my DH and son can't take the heat. Spice to your liking!

Though I love the taste of marshmallow fondant, I've learned it's not great to use in the summer or in high humidity (it melts!). This fondant is super easy to make, tastes good, and comes out super smooth. AND it can be made in the mixer! Glycerin can be found at your local craft store or online. Also, any extract can be used in place of the vanilla. Just remember to use clear extract if you want pure white fondant! This recipe makes enough fondant for a two tier cake plus some small decorations.

I found this recipe on a baking blog, and decided it would be my first posted recipe. I don't want to lose this one! Crunchy on the outside, fluffy and delicious on the inside. This recipe makes a HUGE loaf that's big enough to serve at a large family dinner. Don't let the long instructions scare you. It's really easy to make! Enjoy!
