This is a recipe from Tyler Florence. Really comforting and delicious. See my recipe for the stock on Zaar, it is really simple to make. I don't dress up my soup with all the extra's. Only the lime and cilantro it adds that special yum factor and balances out the heat!

This stuffing is the family favourite. The key is the fresh ingredients and home baked bread cubes along with turkey broth. I prefer to use the broth from the cooked turkey instead of chicken broth. See my recipe for Buttery Turkey on Zaar. You get the same results as if you baked the stuffing in the turkey with less mess and effort !!! Another recipe from Bon Appetit Nov 94.

I made these cookies very early on in my baking career for an elementary school project. My best friend back then helped by loaning me her Eiffel Tower and recipe, it was a very colourful card so vivid still in my mind. The project was a big hit and my class Loved the cookies i brought !! I thought of these a while ago and b/c of the wonderful internet was able to locate the recipe on-line, yahoo !!! I told my husband about this story long ago and recently he has tried these great little cookies, little different with the marmalade filling and very festive with the coloured icing.

This homemade bread along with French bread from our local supermarket (baked fresh daily) is a favourite everywhere it goes. I have opted to change the recipe and used a bread machine, this can be made with a mixer the traditional way, the bread machine just saves time and work for the mixing, rising process. This is an Emeril Lagasse classic !!
