    There is a mexican restraunt next to my work and they serve this with large shrimp, and OMGOODNESS they are amazing, this is my take on it. They serve it with plain crackers. This could also be used as a marinade.

    Okay, I am givin this up!! It's AWSOME and I get TONS of compliments for this. I also add Cut up pre-cooked warm Chicken to this most of the time at the end.( I use tenders and cut them up-easier than breasts)

    Let me say these ROCK!! I get raves every time I serve them!!!! I don't always share my recipes, so enjoy! If you seem to have an issue with them either add a little of the half and half at a time or add 3 Tbs. of instant potatoes. As I told the lady that had a issue with gluey texture it can also have been either over or under cooking the potatoes. Also Yukons are not good for me, I use either Idaho or Redskins.
