    A nice change of pace from the usual stuffing casserole. Found through Simple & Delicous magazine...(sorry I did not clip out the submitter's name). A great way to cook a side dish in the summer without heating up the oven.

Most commented they liked it because it did not have marshmallows and also loved the addition of apple. I think it would be good with a handful of dried cranberries sprinkled on top too.

    From Light and Tasty magazine, Dec. 2004..submitted by D. Anderson. I have to admit, I've never tried couscous because it always looks so dry when I've seen it. I'm posting this recipe in hopes someone will review it and tell me if this one will be different. I did not see anything similar on this site. I'm hoping this will get me going in the right direction with a healthy alternative for side dishes. (Time to make is a guess as I've not made this before but it does include the time to chill the couscous).

    Adopted from Kraft Magazine. A nice change of pace from the standard baked breaded chicken. Usually I don't worry about how to serve a dish but they recommended making a really light dressing and placing the chicken on a bed of spinach leaves with this dressing. It was yummy and I'm glad I took that extra step.
