This is my family's favorite bread machine recipe. You can bake it in your bread machine but I prefer to do it the way the recipe reads. I don't care for the way my machine bakes bread. Make sure all of your ingredients are at room temperature before starting.
This recipe is so easy and good! I didn't have time one day to make fajitas, so I decided to put them in the crock pot. They turned out real good and not soupy at all. The McKormick seasonings really gave the chicken a good flavor.
This is a yummy asian recipe that my aunt, who is vietamese, gave to me.She knew that I always love her food. The ingredients are long, but it doesn't take long to make. The fish sauce can be found at most grocery stores by the asian food aisle.
This is a great, easy Thai chicken recipe that I found in secrets of success cookbook.
Its important to mince or coarsely grind the chicken so they can absorb the flavor.
Serve it with steamed rice or place it into crisp iceburg lettuce and eat like a taco.
This is a pie crust recipe that my mom always used and its quite old. Its a very liberating way to make pie crust especially for those of us who get the "willies" when we think about trying to make homemade pie crust.
I know everywhere that a pie crust recipe is posted states it needs ice water to make it flaky. Not true...this way makes a crisp, flaky and tender pie crust. See for yourself..its only 4 ingredients...;)
NOTE: Double the ingredients for a 2 crust 9 inch pie
I found this recipe in a cookbook from the library. It turned out to be fast and delicious! My family really enjoyed it.
I didn't make the sauce because I didn't have the red pepper or the relish. I just served it with spicy mayo on the side. It tasted good without any sauce...so don't think you have to have any but its a nice addition.
This works great with the rotisserie chicken you get at the store and also would be good with leftover cooked turkey. Its something different to make after the holidays that is not a casserole.
NOTE: If you just have salted saltines, just omit the salt with the egg.
The outcome of this recipe is shredded meat that you can use in place of regular ground beef taco meat. This is a really good Mexican recipe that I got from a friend. I usually serve it shredded as burritos. I've also used chicken in place of the beef and it turned out really good.
This is the recipe my mother always made when I was growing up.I think she got it originally from McCall's magazine. Its very simple to make and I think it tastes great. You can use either boneless pork chops or the bone in kind.
