This is a wonderful recipe from the blog Have Cake, Will Travel (http://havecakewilltravel.com). When I made it, I substituted frozen corn in place of peas and used less chili powder. It packs a lot of heat and makes for awesome leftovers.
This recipe is from "La Dolce Vegan!" by Sarah Kramer. It's wonderful and tangy and oh-so-severely easy! Flax oil is really great for its mild taste and those all-important Omega-3's. I think the next time I make it I will try it with either all sesame oil or a sesame/flax oil blend.
