I have no idea why but I have never tried marinated Artichoke hearts and have had a jar stored in my pantry for ages. Rocket is growing extremely well in my garden right now so thought I would try this recipe soon.

    Recipe #429177

A HUGE box full of Better Homes and Gardens magazines were left at work for us to dispose of... ;) These are Australian measurements.

I haven't made this but found it in a Better Homes and Garden magazine. Sounds really good so posting here to share.

    Recipe #427874

We made this today as a treat after Sunday lunch and everyone loved it. Served with homemade icecream and my personal favourite, cream! This recipe is posted in Australian measurements so 1 tablespoons equals 20ml (or 4 teaspoons).

    Recipe #322443

These are fun and especially fun for kids birthdays. I shaped mine into baskets and filled them with a few lollies but the original recipe shapes them into 'creatures'! Spiders, dinosaurs, snakes! Today I used lime but any colour or flavour jelly would work perfectly. The secret is to add the sugar/jelly crystals slowly. Take your time and don't rush. Yield is just approximate. It depends on how large you make your creation! An Australian cup is 250ml.

    Recipe #318415

I like to zap the onion in the microwave with a bit of butter for a couple of minutes just to soften it up a bit but this is optional.

    Recipe #318312

This is from Delicious magazine. I haven't tried it yet but will soon. Serve with steamed rice and naan bread.

    Recipe #316616

I personally love the flavour that lamb sausages gives to this recipe and I've sucessfully used rissoles in place of sausages. We often make this for a lazy dinner too.

    Recipe #290482

We had this the other night for dinner and enjoyed it a lot. Served this over rice.

    Recipe #277183

This chicken comes out very tender. Not sure where the recipe came from. I think it was probably an email.

    Recipe #277030

I found this suggested on a New Zealand recipe forum when I was searching for recipes to use up some jelly crystals. My girls had a lot of fun making their *blue* biscuits and now have plans to make *green* ones!!! Great for a rainy school holiday day.

    Recipe #272320

Found this in a magazine and saving it here.

    Recipe #269215

Passionfruit is my favourite. We are lucky enough to have a vine. Cordial can be made up to a week in advance.

    Recipe #269187

Make sure you don't eat muffins while hot as the caramel inside the eggs will be very hot. When Easter eggs are not available, use Rolo chocolates or pieces of caramel-filled chocolate. This is from Super Food Ideas.
