Careful... this one causes cravings!
This cake recipe is super light, moist, and not too sweet. It is a perfect base to dump the best frosting, fudge, or chocolate all over it. It makes great cupcakes too!
The recipe was labeled as a copycat for Portillo's (this ones all over the net so I can't credit anyone). Whether it is a good copy I'm not sure... but it makes a darn good cake.
We have been making baked Brie for years. A family standard. But then I saw this recipe on a recipe card in the background of an advertisement in Real Simple. We made it for Thanksgiving and it was the hit of the party. It is now the new family recipe!
I was worried that the cherries, pecans, and honey would overpower the Brie, but I should have added more! You can substitute pie crust or even a few sheets of phyllo dough (with melted butter brushed on evenly between each sheet) for the puff pastry sheet. Don't forget the apples or crackers to spread it on. ENJOY!
Tastes like... Looks like... but feels better than a lemonade on a summer evening. I came up with this mix when I didn't have all the stuff for a true long island (sour mix and coke). Its my favorite now. Enjoy and let me know what you think.
I found this recipe on FineLiving.com (credited to Tony Abou-Ganim). It looked great and I intend to try it. I decided to post it on Zaar so that I can "cookbook" it, and to add to the Zaar collection. If you try it before I do, let me know what you think.
I got interested in Sangria after making Bev's recipe #46365. Try it, you wont be disappointed.
Love their soup? Don't want the uppity atmosphere? Here you go! Makes about a gallon.
It was great for something different. My family loves soup but have exhausted all of our recipes. We loved it, tell me what you think.
I found this on a "secret recipe" forum. Chef's name is Robert Metz.
