Another great dessert from one of my favorite Italian celebrity chefs, Mary Ann Esposito! NOTE From Mary Ann: A budino is a pudding and this one is reminiscent of cheesecake without the crust. This is made more festive with a drizzle of melted chocolate or fruit coulis.

    Recipe #329223

This hearty sauce is quick to prepare and satisfying to eat! From the kitchen of one of my favorite Chefs Mary Ann Esposito of Ciao Italia cooking show. This sauce makes enough for 1/2 lb. pasta.

    Recipe #329222

Spumone is an Italian ice cream, that is just delicious! Another wonderful recipe from one of my favorites cooking show hosts, Mary Ann Esposito. Mary Ann says: Perugina semisweet chocolate is used in this recipe for spumone, a refreshing end to a dinner party. Make it ahead and freeze it. Team it with fresh raspberries, strawberries, or make a coulis, a fruit sauce to drizzle on the plate for an artistic presentation. It will look like you have been in the kitchen all day! PLEASE NOTE: Preparation time does NOT include minimum 2 hour chilling time. Also, remember to take it out 30 minutes before serving.

    Recipe #329220

Another great recipe from Caio Italia's cooking show, Mary Ann Esposito. One of my favorite Italian chefs! Mary Ann Says: There is nothing that perks up flavors like lemons, but why think just a squirt will do, when this easy to make velvety lemon sauce is more interesting and elegant. Use it on everything from sliced fresh tomatoes and fresh asparagus, to grilled chicken, fish, or pork. It is perfect on roasted brussell sprouts too! Keep a jar in the refrigerator at all times.

    Recipe #329219

This is another recipe from my favorite baker Nick Malgieri. His note: This recipe got its name because I found it in Greenwich Village a few blocks from where I live. As I walked east on Tenth Street, I saw a yellowed index card lying on the sidewalk. When I picked it up I saw written in a spidery hand in blue fountain pen ink a recipe for "The Best Brownie's [sic] in the World." Well, I put it aside in a miscellaneous recipe file, and a few months later I tried it. They turned out to be sensational and certainly a contender for the title. Note: Makes 1 9X13X2" pan, about 24 2" brownies PLEASE NOTE: The preparation time does NOT include the time it takes to cool the batter before baking.

    Recipe #329090

This recipe is from one of my favorite pastry chefs, Nick Malgieri. This is a cool way to incorporate the delicate flavor of milk chocolate into a crunchy cookie. Excellent to dunk in your morning cup of coffee, or your afternoon cocoa!

    Recipe #329087

This recipe is from my favorite celebrity baker, Nick Malgieri! I had the privilege to meet him, and taste his baked goods that he prepared for us, at a baking class in Chapel Hill NC NICKS NOTES: The recipe is deceptively simple—the whole success of these scones lies in not handling the dough too much so that it doesn’t toughen. Mix them with a light hand, and they will be excellent.. He is excellent, and so is his baking! This is a famous Scottish scone recipe, which I have adapted from The Scots Kitchen by F. Marian McNeill (Blackie and Son, 1929-1955). Mrs. Macnab was a farm wife at Ballater, not far from Balmoral, the summer residence of the British royal family. During her lifetime in the late nineteenth century, many of the dignitaries visiting Balmoral, including King Frederick of Prussia, came to tea at Mrs. Macnab’s farmhouse because of the excellence of her scones. Now we can all enjoy them! SERVING: Serve the scones warm from the oven, but not red-hot, with butter or whipped cream and preserves or marmalade. STORAGE: Keep the leftovers in a plastic bag in the refrigerator or freezer and warm them up in the oven or toaster oven before eating. (Leftover scones are not fit for guests, however.) This actually makes 4 cakes of 4 scones each, or 16 individual scones

    Recipe #319003

This delicious rice dish, created by my son, goes great with many Asian inspired dishes. I especially like it with my recipe for Recipe #319003. You can cut the recipe in half for 2 people without any problems. I have made this for 2 people and use 1 tsp. chili paste. It is spicy, but not "Real Hot". This rice has lots of flavor! I served with Sweet Soy Sauce Drizzled over the top of the rice as shown in my picture. Preparation time DOES NOT include time to cook rice.

Pat and Gina Neely and their family own and operate some of Tennessee's best - and devilishly delicious - barbecue restaurants. But when they are relaxing at home in Memphis, they love to create tasty dishes their whole family can enjoy. Now they're ready to share secrets from their famous restaurant dishes. Here is the recipe for their Barbecue Chicken. Courtesy of Food Network. This recipe is absolutely WONDERFUL! I made it for 4th of July and it went over BIG!!! When grilling make sure you keep your heat low, as the sugar can char while cooking. Make sure you use tongs so you don't puncture your meat while turning. Also, make sure you soak your wood in water for 1/2 hr. before putting in your smoker or grill so it won't burn. Preparation time does NOT include marinating time.

    Recipe #313010

    Recipe #308627

Another great recipe from my friend Sue. Sue Says: This one's a 5 star here at our house. I usually do them on the grill. FOOD SAFETY NOTE: Before serving the remaining mustard mixture with the cooked pork chops, it is important to heat the mixture to boiling to eliminate any contamination which may have occurred from brushing the mustard mixture onto the raw pork chops.
