A delicious combination of broccoli, cheese and rice that is sure to please everyone. My mother has made it for years and we all love it, especially my 4 year old. This goes great with ham, chicken or pork, and is a nice change from a boring vegetable, or the ever-so-popular macaroni and cheese. I hope you like it as much as we do.
A delicious rich and creamy soup that is good for those cold fall or winter days. A friend made this for me when I had my wisdom teeth taken out, and I fell in love with it. So simple to make, and goes great with salad or bread.
This is a rich chocolatey pie that is very simple to make. I think I found it several years ago in a department store employee's cookbook. It is a favorite of my step-daughter and she asks for it all of the time. Give it a try, and if you are a chocolate lover, I think you will enjoy it as much as we do. Most of the ingredients you should have on-hand!!
This is a wonderful dish that my aunt and grandmother would make as I was growing up. It is easy to make and very delicious. The taste reminds me a little of pizza with green peppers. Aside from the zucchini, the rest of the ingredients most people keep on hand. Even my picky kids will eat it!
This recipe was given to me by a good friend, during a recipe swap. It makes your pork chops, or loin, so juicy and delicious, without overpowering the natural flavor. You can marinade as little as 30 minutes, or overnight if you like, for more flavor. I have substituted ingredients more than once, and it is still great.
