This recipe is "super" because it packs a nutritional punch. The Vitamin C in the kiwi works well with the calcium in the cottage cheese and the iron in the wheat germ. You can substitute banana for the kiwi and yogurt or yogurt cheese for the cottage cheese. If you use banana, serve with orange juice to get the extra vitamin C.
