GREAT meatloaf recipe! Tastes really good served with leftover spaghetti sauce.

    Recipe #271755

I made these one morning when I had three hungry kids, was low on breakfast items and in desperate need of a trip to the grocery store! Served warm from the oven with butter and drizzled with honey or jam, they satisfied my hungry little ones (my DH, too). They enjoyed them so much that I now make them even when I'm not low on supplies. These are not very sweet muffins, thus the serving with honey or jam. They make a good healthy breakfast muffin, but if you are looking for something sweet, this is not the one! I substitute freshly ground whole grain flour for the all purpose. **PLEASE NOTE**. If you substitute store-bought wheat flour for the all-purpose, you do not need to add the additional amount of flour - just use the same amount as all-purpose.

These make a great healthy breakfast or snack on the go.

    Recipe #271741

I have had this recipe since my newlywed days, when I could have cared less about fat and calories! Now that I am more health conscious, I am not so quick to make them but I hang on to the recipe for sentimental reasons and because they are oh-so-good--and very easy too!

    Recipe #271740

I can't have enough chicken recipes - and this is a good one using my kids' favorite vegetable. It's very quick and easy to put together - sometimes I assemble it earlier in the day, stick it in the fridge and then pop it in the oven when I get home. Just a suggestion: If I do this, I usually put it in the oven before I turn it on so that it can warm up as the oven preheats, then I time it according to the recipe directions once the oven has reached the specified temperature.

    Recipe #271733

I try to serve healthier meals, but my family loves it so I make this once in a while for them. It is very good - also a good freezer meal and has saved me from having to cook on those days when the last thing I want to see is the kitchen!

    Recipe #271720

This is a great basic muffin batter with several variations listed below. The variations with an asterisk by them are ones that I have personally made and my family enjoyed. I substitute freshly ground whole grain flour for the all-purpose. **PLEASE NOTE**. If you substitute store-bought wheat flour for the all-purpose, you do not need to add the additional amount of flour - just use the same amount as all-purpose.

    Recipe #271716

This is a casserole my family can't get enough of. It freezes and reheats well - a great make-ahead meal. I usually serve it with garlic bread and a salad.

    Recipe #271629

I made this casserole several nights ago and my family LOVED it. Great one dish meal that is simple to throw together - add a salad and you're done! Also reheats well - a must for me as my DH works nights and often comes home quite late looking for something to eat.

    Recipe #271535

These are one of the many cookies I make during the Christmas season - the dried cranberries and white chocolate lend a very festive flavor! I made them just the other day and sent a plate full out with my kids to take to a neighbor - apparently on the way, they shared with several other neighbors who were outside and had to come back for more! I now have several orders for more cookies........ : )

    Recipe #271443

I've had this recipe from the beginning of my journey into the world of cooking...it came from the side of a box of Publix brand ritz-type crackers, and it is always well received whenever I serve it. I often sprinkle paprika, parsley or chopped nuts over it to give it a more festive flair. Please Note: Preparation time includes required chilling time.
