    Found this posted on a blog and since I am trying to eat healthier and continue to lose weight, I have added this to my new weekly rotation. I never cared for boiled brussel sprouts, but roasted, they were awesome. The recipe loader wouldnt let me use Truvia instead of the sugar. I use 6 packets of Truvia instead of the sugar, for calorie reduction, etc.

    The Hot Brown is a classic that was first served at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, Ky. While popular all year long in KY, it is a favourite during Derby celebrations and festivites. While this recipe is not the original version, it is an adaptation of that recipe from another hotel in KY. This makes a lovely brunch dish or a great main dish served with a salad.     First let me say that I am NOT an expert on authentic Indian cuisine. That being said, LOL, whether this is a traditional korma or not, we enjoy this dish frequently. The longer you let it simmer the better the flavors will meld. You can even do this korma in the slow cooker which is another reason I enjoy making this dish. Love to do the "fix it and forget it" type thing. If you do however, brown the chicken and vegetables before adding them to the slow cooker

    Ok, to get this recipe I had to nearly beat up my best friend. Went over for brunch yesterday and this was one of the items on the menu. Good grief, it was fabulous. I'm giving the recipe as it was finally given to me. However, I'm going to try it using some really good cinnamon-raisin bread instead of the regular bread and see how that turns out. While I prefer to grill my ribs outside, the weather today wasn't cooperating so we gave this one a shot. We thought the sauce was pretty tasty and even though we prefer our ribs off the grill, this is a great recipe for the crock pot.

    Very tasty, very simple to make crockpot pork tenderloins. I used orange juice when making mine since I love the combination of cranberry and orange. Onions, carrots and potatoes can be added to make a more complete meal. Cooking time varies on whether you cook on high or low temp.
