From my roommate's recipe collection in Atlanta, GA.

    Recipe #332935

My mom used to make these around the holidays at breakfast, or for appetizers at parties. Easy and yummy!

    Recipe #332930

I whipped this up one day when I wanted some quick pasta. You can substitute most any veggie, and adjust the seasonings to your liking. This is really a "play-as-you-go-along" recipe!

    Recipe #332856

Quick, easy, warm and yummy. If you like the sandwich, you'll love this!

    Recipe #332855

I just found this in Food & Wine magazine, and HAD to try it. WOW! It's so much better than even the freshest ricotta you can get out there...and SO easy to make- try it!

    Recipe #329890

I love curries, and the beef (instead of chicken/pork/lamb) is a nice change. Adjust the curry to your taste, I like mine pretty strong! You could use ground sirloin, too, and serve it over mashed potatoes...sounds weird but both of the end results are fabulous!

    Recipe #329425

Got this one while I was living in Canada. It's great for a chilly autumn day, and better yet-- it's a piece of cake (or bread?)!

    Recipe #329423

This is my attempt to recreate a wonderful shrimp appetizer from a Bistro in St. Charles, MO called The Grappa Grille. The shrimp are yummy, but the sauce is yummier!

    Recipe #329420

This is a light vegetarian pasta dish that has a variety of texture and color! This should make about four plates.

    Recipe #328121

I added strawberries to my mom's dump cake recipe. The results are simply DIVINE! Plus, it's the easiest dessert I've EVER made. Try it!

    Recipe #328108

Simple, warm, cheesy...great side to chicken or pork when the weather starts to get chilly!

    Recipe #327973

Instead of rice, this chicken casserole uses potatoes. I buy the rotisserie chicken from the grocery store to cut back on time. Substitute another cheese if you like...it works with most any kind.

    Recipe #326659

I concocted this about ten years ago. It's sorta my modern version of mom's Green Beans and Potatoes with Ham.

    Recipe #326536

This is a simple way to prepare baby bokchoy, yu choy, or any other choy you can get your hands on! I was given this one by the same asian folks in Canada who taught me everything Chinese/ Vietnamese I know.

    Recipe #326531

This is a nice side dish, especially since the weather is reminding us Autumn is just around the corner

    Recipe #325417

This is my version of a recipe I found on DisneyFamily's website. It's colourful, flavourful, and SO EASY!!! It's all veggies, but you could definitely add chicken if you like.

    Recipe #317800

The BLT with one of my favourites: avocado!!! It's great for a light lunch or a snack. I always make more dressing for dipping on the side!

    Recipe #316390

Sweet, tender, and succulent. Back off, Bugs. (-:

    Recipe #316389

I ran across this on AllRecipes. A gent living in Florida who goes by the name of Boomdog02 gets the credit for this one! It's delish. (-:

    Recipe #316388

I love tomato sandwiches in the summer, so I came up with this caprese-type sandwich to serve for lunch one day.
