Just finished this for supper after making it for the first time. It was warm and comforting with just the right amount of heat. Very filling - didn't even miss the meat! I made and baked in advance and then froze until I was ready to serve it. Yummy! Adapted from the Taste of Home Casseroles, Slow Cooker and Soups. 5.5 points per 1/8 of casserole.
I received this recipe from a friend just over a year ago but hadn't made it until recently. I am so disappointed that I didn't try it earlier, it is delicious! I might try changing up some of the vegetables next time...mushrooms might make a nice addition. I am currently following the Weight Watchers programme so I have included all of my low fat substitutions.
I was eager to find a new zero points recipe for Weight Watchers. Although I love the original zero points vegetable soup they can become repetitive when eaten all winter! I love the chop suey taste this soup has! Adapted from the Weight Watchers UK website.
Not a traditional goulash but what I grew up with as a child. To this day, it is still the ultimate comfort dish. I am posting the original version here but I have tried to make it healthier, substituting plain macaroni with whole wheat, light cheez whiz and using ground turkey or chicken instead of beef. Enjoy!

After realizing that Recipezaar couldn't calculate the veggie pepperoni or cheeses, I did the research and it comes out to 4 points per serving for those of you (like me) following Weight Watchers.
