A delishous enchilada recipe that takes a while to make, but well worth it. We usually make 2 platters of this, 1 plain enchilada and 1 "spicy". To split the recipe, after adding the diced chilis and taco seasoning, remove half the meat and doctor the rest up. 16 tortillas will fill a 9x13
Found this recipe in a Betty Crocker Super Moist Cake booklet Spring 2008 issue (the kind you find at check-out). It sounded so good and would probably make a wonderful lunch or a feature for a bridal/baby shower. I haven't made this yet but it will be made very soon! You may cook up your own bacon if not using precooked bacon. Prep/Cook Time is an estimate. The original recipe indicates start to finish is 20 min.
An easy tuna casserole cooked on the stove top and made with items most likely in your pantry. This is a DH creation that he absolutely loves and I have learned to like. It was originally made w/o peas but I find it more enjoyable with the peas.
This is "cheesecake for dummies"! I found this recipe on kraftfoods.com and it is the easiest way to making a cheesecake other than buying it. People who don't like pumpkin pie will love this! Pumpkin Pie Spice can be used in place of the cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Cooking time includes refrigeration time!
I got this recipe out of a Taste of Home book last summer and I love this recipe. I made it for a BBQ and my daughter requested it as a birthday cake. I've also used strawberries and blueberries for 4th of July celebration. The recipe recommends slicing the cake with a serrated knife. To split the cake into three layers I use dental floss - Makes a nice clean cut.
