This is from a new WW cookbook - MIx It & Match It and I just love it on ANYTHING - but especially chicken. This recipe uses drumsticks but I like chicken tenderloinds grilled & tossed in teh sauce and put on top of a large salad. Wings are really good too - which arent really WW friendly - so DH takes them to poker night!
Hope you like it - scales VERY well
2 Drumsticks is 4 WW Points
Delicious, cheesy, yummy goodness. You can eat it right away, or bake it to get a crispy top, your choice. Cooking the onions with the pasta distributes the flavor. Give it a try. I did this as a pantry challenge, I had the stuff and threw it together!
Adapted from Taste of Home magazine to hide zucchini from my group. Works well and the kids dont really notice anything. They asked once and I said it was cheese. I use for lasagne, parmigiana, spaghetti, etc.
With the Corn, Black Beans and Cheddar Cheese, this resembles Tex-Mex, Add jalapenos or green chiles if you like, very versatile. We have lots of elk in our freezer and I'm trying to come up with recipes to use it up. I hope you like it!
I foudn this on the net somewhere, and cant remember the site, but I know it wasnt here! If you recognize this, thanks for a keeper!!! This bakes up high and light and makes about a 1 1/2 to 2 lb loaf. I dont bake in my ABM, but I do make the dough in it. Cooking time is approximate
I use a Fajita Seasoning Mix I buy at Super Walmart Called Fiesta Fajita Seasoning Mix. Basically it is salt free and made with herbs & spices. Pepper is a main ingredient, and not too much cumin. This mix is NOT one of the packaged things. I hope you can find it, or something similar because it makes fajita making fast and simple
Use this on Tortillas and top with your favorite taco or fajita toppings. You can also spread it on a tortilla, roll it up and slice crosswise into 1/4 inch slices for a tasty and easy canape. I also stuff chicken breasts with this and dredge them in a coating, then bake. Very versatile and you can tweak it to your tastes. Add chili powder, roasted garlic, etc.
EXCELLENT Coating. THis was inspired by George Stella of the Food Network program "Low Carb and Loving It!" I changed a few things to our tastes. The variations are for different "flavors" to your fried chicken! Works great for vegetables, cheese..basically anything you can fry!
I made this up when trying out about 12 other lo mein recipes. This is my variation and very good. I like more sauce as opposed to less, adjust the amount you want when you're putting yours together, you dont need to use it all.
This meatloaf is really tasty, but is denser than traditional meatloaves. I eat it on SBD with no problems. I hope you enjoy it. The density and the fact that it slices nicely makes it GREAT for sandwiches!
