This is a recipe I got from my daughters mother-in-law, and of course she is one of those wonderful cooks who never has to measure:) So, I've tried as best as possible to give my approx measurements, although you can't really mess this up! I happen to LOVE cilantro and sometimes get carried away, so just remember that any of these ingredients can be adjusted to your own taste. As with most soups, this is better the next day, and also freezes well.

    Recipe #329575

Revising and changing, shifting and cracking. This is a cake that lives true to it's name.

    Recipe #329565

My sister and I have been making these muffins since our kids were little. They're healthy and yet the chocolate chips seem to satisfy the little ones. I still make them for myself and when cooled freeze them individually in ziploc bags...handy to grab as you're walking out the door in the morning. (not to mention they'll help keep you regular...)

    Recipe #329533

Cutting the boneless chops into medallions and baking them in a creamy bath is a great way of overcoming the meat's inherent dryness. Sour cream provides plenty of moisture and richness, serving as the ideal flavor for sliced fresh mushrooms. Can be served over rice or noodles, if desired.

    Recipe #326280

There are many recipes out there for similar coconut cakes, but my aunt in my opinion, hit the jackpot with this one! It is so easy, and way too good! NOTE: Prep time does not include cooling time after the cake is made.

    Recipe #322286

A recipe by Susie Ott that I found in "Health Magazine". Great for a light summer lunch, snack or appetizer.

    Recipe #317545

This drink comes from The Tides Hotel in Miami, FL. Very refreshing!

    Recipe #317464

This is one of those do ahead (if you want) recipes that's easy, yet very tasty. I like making it on the bar-b-que in my Mesh Chef's Pan and serving over steamed rice. The filet is just a preference of mine, but I'm sure you can use just about any beef cut you prefer.

    Recipe #310425

Just another version, and very much like the "real" thing. Thanks Aunt Lydia!

    Recipe #304524

Another recipe from the Nestle Toll House Best Loved Recipes book.

    Recipe #304517

A very easy recipe that is served wonderfully warm and with vanilla ice cream. Very much like Bayhill's Chocolate Pecan Pie...yummy! This recipe comes from the Nestle Best-Loved Recipe book, and is also very similar to a dessert served in one of my favorite tea rooms in Bksf, Ca.

    Recipe #304516

An easy make-ahead lunch or dinner. I found this recipe years ago on a Bisquick box.

    Recipe #304474

An old family favorite...great for potlucks, bar-b-ques, or just when you're in the mood for a good jello salad. Very easy!

    Recipe #304472

Another yummy recipe from the Toll House Best Loved Recipes book.

    Recipe #304443

My mother-in-laws recipe, who is 100% Portuguese.

    Recipe #304426

Another salad for potlucks, bar-b-ques, or just for a side dish. Cooking time is actually refrigerator time...this is a great "make ahead" dish.

    Recipe #302311

The version from right here, in Easton. (out in the country, from Fresno)

    Recipe #302212

Just another version of a great salad for bar-b-que's, potlucks, or whatever the case may be.

    Recipe #302151

This is the way my grandma always made it...and beware, it's totally fattening but soooo good! Of course, back in the day, she made it in the old crank kind with all the ice and salt...long but fun process that I remember. Me, I have a Cuisinart 2qt electric job from Costco that I love! No ice, no salt, no muss, no fuss. Grandma's recipe as posted actually makes too much for my Cuisinart, so if you're like me, you'll have to scale it down some. Or...just make another batch!

    Recipe #301469

I have an All-Clad waffle maker, which I love because it has the four wells for French toast, and is on the deeper side, but most likely any waffle maker will do.
