Very easy to put together. I have a 6qt All-clad crock pot with the insert that I'm able to use on the stove top as well, which comes in sooo handy. Otherwise, just brown your beef in a large skillet, drain, and transfer to your crockpot. This makes a good size batch so if your crock pot is much smaller, just try cutting the recipe in half. If you work during the day, this can be thrown together the evening before, stuck in the fridge, then started before you leave for work. Can't get any easier than that!
