    I'm really picky when it comes to meatloaf. This is the best I have ever made. It doesn't fall apart easily and doesn't take forever to cook. My 2 year old ate 3 slices and 2 slices the next day for lunch. Huge hit. Most meatloaf recipes call for 2lbs of meat but I only used 1 because there were only two of us eating. Please, don't use real potatoes. Try the canned ones with the meatloaf, you won't regret it.

    Needed some flavorful rice to go with the spicy marinated chicken I was grilling so made up this quick, easy and super tasty recipe. If you don't have a poblano chile, you can use a jalapeno, or any other green pepper like it. If you don't want spicy, you can use a regular green bell pepper. This rice was so tasty, can't wait to eat the leftovers! Also, if you don't have the powdered chicken bouillon (I use Knorr) then you can use one cube, or just replace the water with 1 can chicken broth.

    This is a delicious, cold chicken and pasta salad. Very healthy as well. It takes less than 10 minutes to put together and is bursting with flavor from only a few ingredients. I prefer using two jalapenos (SEEDED) but if you want only a very little spice to it, just use one. I wouldn't skimp on any of the ingredients, they all make this salad what it is.     I wanted to roast my chicken thighs one night but was out of foil so I didn't want the big sticky clean up. I decided to pull out a big frying pan instead and came up with these delicious, moist, and perfectly flavored boneless chicken thighs. You could use chicken legs as well. Breasts would work too, but you wouldn't want to cook them as long. The trick to these is cooking them low and slow!

I used bone-in breasts that were already split open, so I stuffed my breasts with the mixture, but it is not absolutely necessary. This recipe calls for FRESH herbs, not dried.     This is the cheapest way to make croutons out there! I keep a couple of bags of cheap hot dog buns in my freezer so when I am in need of croutons, I take a few out, and viola! I have great croutons that completely exceed storebought! Note: Hot dog buns do not need to be thawed first, you can take them straight from the freezer. I've found it's even easier this way! Oh and take it from me, you will want to double your recipe.... One for the salad or soup you need these for, and one to keep on hand for snacking!

    This recipe sounds really tasty and it doesn't have a mile long list of ingredients. Found this on the back of French's brand Worcestershire sauce. There is only 30 minute marinating time, which is not included in cooking time. I've listed some extra veggie ingredients in the last step as ideas for simple additions to the salad. Feel free to use or not.
