Though I have yet to try this recipe...it HAS to be good due to the yummy components that make it what it is. I can't recall where I found this recipe...however whoever thought of it is a genius in my book. :) This is one of those recipes you save for a raining day, broke the heel off your favorite shoes, dog ran away kinda recipes. The originator of this recipe left a serving note, For those who simply cat eat a grilled cheese without soup, I think a bowl of slightly melty strawberry ice cream would complement it quite nicely. ;) Please let me know what you think of this recipe, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

    Recipe #426563

I've eaten both shrimp, salmon and chicken with this glaze on it both at Red Lobster and at home thanks to this recipe from the Red Lobster website. I really enjoy this glaze thanks to being so interchangable with so many different meats. I hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #449448

I actually modified the original recipe from Jenny at PickyPalate to become my own. This really is a quick and tasty soup...great for a work week dinner or when you are in need of comfort food. I love adding some shredded mozarella each bowl after laddling it up. I hope you enjoy this as much as we do!

    Recipe #448445

I got this recipe from Kevinandamanda.com. I have to admit from the get-go, I have not tried this recipe prior to posting the recipe, which is very unlike me. I have faith in this recipe however; due to all the yummy components. I hope to try this soon, in the meantime, I have to share this with the masses. :) Enjoy!

    Recipe #449364

I found this recently on an insert in a magazine. I have to admit I haven't made this yet however; the ingredients sound terrific together. This would be terrific as a snack for lunches, or for a fall party thanks to all the warm spices.

    Recipe #463166

With how easy and delicous this recipe is, there is no excuses for anyone to rely on canned German Chocolate frosting anymore. This recipe is tried and true courtesy of my favorite cook...my mom. My husband loves German chocolate cake, and this frosting is what makes it. Once again, I hope you enjoy this as much as we do.

    Recipe #378658

These cookies are the perfect thing to usher in the holidays, especially if you are a fan of the flavors of rum, nutmeg and vanilla. These came from a Pilsbury magazine from several years back. Though these are a little labor intensive due ot the cookie press and glaze, the compliments you will receive will make it worthwhile in the end.

    Recipe #379006

My mom has used this recipe for 40 years now and it is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe I have ever had. The cookie is crisp around the edges and yet chewy at the same time. I will occasionally omit the nuts due to food allergies for those I'm feeding. I get alot of people questioning how all my cookies are the same size, I'm old school and will still use a teaspoon or tablespoon and my fingers to slide the cookie dough off the spoon. No need for fancy ice cream scoops if you don't want to. :) This will surely become a favorite of yours once you give it a try....

    Recipe #378778

My sister gave me the the Taste of Home - Grill it cookbook as a gift. First recipe I tried was this one, and my husband and I both loved it! Don't let the poblano peppers scare you away, these are more flavorful than hot. We follow a low carb lifestyle and this recipe fits the bill. Terrific side dish to any meat you throw on the grill. Enjoy! The cookbook says that it makes four servings, one half of a pepper is plenty if you serve it with other dishes. I makes more like 8 servings IMO.

    Recipe #459530

This recipe brings back alot of great childhood memories for me. This recipe is beefy in flavor, hearty for your hungry eaters, this meal is a comfort food in the dead of winter or the heat of the summer. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I have.

    Recipe #378734

This recipe was adapted from the recipe I found on the back of a Best Food Mayonaise jar. The mayonaise helps provide a moist piece of chicken and helps adhere the panko and cheese to the chicken. Feel free to add more/less of italian seasoning/garlic powder to taste. We are huge fans of garlic so I up the quantity used for our household.

    Recipe #497865

This is one of my all time favorites e.v.e.r. Only 6 ingredients, there is no reason for convenience foods when you have these in your pantry/fridge. The sour cream is essential to adding a tang to the dish. Make sure to add it to the end of the cooking process so that you don't curdle it. I hope you adopt this as one of your own.

    Recipe #380591

I discovered The Pioneer woman earlier this year and am happy that I did. Ree does a tremendous job providing detailed instructions and pictures on how to make all of her recipes. I made these quesadillas last month..and man oh man are they good! I found the key for these quesadillas is cooking the vegetables separately from the shrimp, chopping the shrimp into small pieces, and of course the butter used in the cooking of the assembled quesadilla...use butter...I promise...you won't be sorry you did. Enjoy!!

    Recipe #406118

This recipe was originally a Taste of Home recipe that originally called for leftover turkey. I've since made additional changes, including steps for cooking the chicken. Unlike the common Tetrazzini recipes out there this doesn't involve creamed soups nor half and half. In the end..you won't even miss it. This is a terrific comfort food that won't leave you feel guilty in the end.

    Recipe #382776

I found this on Jasey's Crazy Daisy Blog....glad I did. This is a terrific cake that is super moist and doesn't call for vegetable oil but, coconut milk. This stored in the fridge and frosted with the whipped cream frosting lasted a whole week without the frosting separating or becoming soggy. At no point was this a soggy cake. Definately give this one a try!!

    Recipe #498553

I found this recipe in the October 09' Family Circle. The peanut flavor in this bar cookie is perfect thanks to the cookie and frosting combination. I'm not a huge peanut butter "cookie" fan however I think these are delicious. Give these a shot, you won't be sorry. *Please note these make two 13x9 pans of cookies, including frosting.

    Recipe #396639

Thanks to a dinner party my parents had when I was a child.......20 years later and a adult, these are still some of my favorites. The combination of cake mix, chocolate, buttery carmel and nuts....man oh man...Delicious!! Though there are several steps to this recipe, it's worth the time and effort, you won't be sorry.

    Recipe #378938

I found this recipe on the AimeesAdventures.com while doing Weight Watchers. Though I no longer follow Weight Watchers I still use this recipe often. This is a terrific quick, low-fat, meatless recipe.

    Recipe #388315

I bought the 2007 Taste of Home low fat Comfort food cookbook and found this gem in it. We love this recipe!! What sets this apart from the typical Bisquick recipe is that this recipe calls for poultry seasoning and thyme...it's all about flavor with these two. It also calls for lower in fat ingredients as well tons of flavor without the typical fat you can find in your traditional pot pie. If you are following weight watchers, this serves 6 people (1 1/3 cup of the mixture) with two biscuits each and only 6 weight watcher points a serving. *****I changed this recipe up...rather then 2-16 oz BAGS of veggies as the original recipe called for...I just opted for one. With how it only serves 6....it would of been way too many veggies. Also...rather then using thawed veggies I opted to keep them frozen...that way the veggies wouldn't be mush after the baking process. You will love this one!!!

    Recipe #365107

Now you see them, now you don't! I can't recall where I got this recipe from however, the individual did adapt it from the Cake Mix Doctor Returns. I haven't tried this recipe due to my dietary restrictions, BUT I have made this recipe and have quized all who have consumed these as to their opinions. Everyone loved these!! I hope you do as well :)
