Rather than buying fajita seasoning, it's easy to make your own. Approximately 2 tablespoons equals 1 store-bought seasoning packet.

    Recipe #28011

This idea is out there on a number of blogs. I was looking for a quick and easy breakfast idea to make for St. Patrick's Day.

    Recipe #497585

I wasn't sure about apple and onion in scrambled eggs, but it's very tasty and this has become one of my favorite single-serving breakfast recipes. When I first made the recipe, I used cheese for Laughing Cow Light Swiss by mistake, but it's a good alternative -- and fewer calories than Mini Babybel Light Cheese (50 vs. 35). In addition to the spices, I also use a sprinkling of recipe #396007 (Green Herb Seasoned Salt). Nutritional Information: 188 Calories with Babybel and 173 with Light Swiss.

    Recipe #487933

A quick and easy recipe to prepare. Can be used as a side dish or salsa.

    Recipe #27778

A friend originally made a variation of this recipe, and I later found this version in the Colorado Collage cookbook. Definitely tastes better after a few hours.

    Recipe #21131

I was desperate to find a way to get my DH to eat broccoli and cauliflower. I found that he would eat it with cheese sauce on top. Now that he's accustomed to eating those veggies, I don't have to resort to cheese sauce any more, unless we're in the mood for it.

    Recipe #405131

A fun no-bake project. Create Christmas trees using kisses and peanut butter cups.

    Recipe #408689

Vicki's mom makes a fabulous mustard sauce, and she graciously shared her recipe.

    Recipe #405095

    Recipe #487896

A simple and easy meal to prepare on the grill.

    Recipe #28206

If you're in a rush, substitute store-bought guacamole for the cream cheese, avocado, and lime juice.

    Recipe #405419

I had some leftover candy corn and orange/yellow candy melts. This was a cute idea a friend told me about.

    Recipe #489773

I love making this recipe in the summertime.

    Recipe #405563

A recipe that my mother made frequently in the summer. It's a nice light salad when it's hot outside.

    Recipe #405562

Inspired by a recipe in the Louisiana Kitchen Cookbook

    Recipe #405082

I was looking for a lighter sloppy joe recipe and based this recipe on one from Hungry Girl that I modified. It's a very good, light sloppy joe sandwich. The broccoli slaw adds a nice crunch. This is not a really wet sloppy joe. I thought it would be a tough sell to get DH to try this recipe, but he loved it.

    Recipe #487916

I really like the sweet/tart taste of this marinade.

    Recipe #409330

This is such a simple recipe, barely any work at all. The final product is so pretty and can be served as an appetizer or dessert.
