    Variation of a friend's recipe that I love. My husband loves macaroni noodles in his potato salad, however, please feel free to add the things that you love in your salad. This salad is meant to be served warm. Leftovers will need to be refrigerated and combined with additional mayonaise because the egg will separate from the mayonaise.

    I love chicken wings because they are fast and easy to prepare and can make a delicious meal. I often create three different flavors of wings, arrange in a serving platter with kale or green leaf lettuce as a divider. Tuck your favorite dip in the middle and everyone thinks you ordered this from a deli! My husband and I often make about 12 wings with our favorite frozen pizza for TV night. NOTE; Please look for 'gourmet' paprika, I found a Spanish one that costs the same as the common brands yet tastes so much better.

    Grandma would make this as a side dish for dinner and half of it would be gone before meal time. She made it with economical ground beef, but I add in some ground pork for extra flavor. Because this version has more meat in the packaging than regualr tiny, flower-shaped ones from the Chinese restaurant, the meat mixture is SLIGHTLY precooked; remember that you will also be deep-frying afterwards so don't over cook meat mixture. Feel free to add/change/delete ingredients to your liking.

    My trusty Kikkoman Oriental Cookbook from 1993 has several wonderful recipies that are easy to make with simple ingredients that I usually have on hand. I also often substitue fresh ginger root with powered and always have a jar of pre-chopped garlic on hand. The sauce is a staple for all my beef stirfrys. If I don't have much time, I buy a package of Oriental frozen stir fry vegetables, which has a wonderful assortment and costs about $3.

This recipe can also be done on the stovetop - after braising meat, bring meat to boil then simmer for 2-1/2 hours; add vegetables and cook for an additional 30 - 45 minutes or until tender. Instead of throwing individual spices, you can also substitute dried Italian Seasoning for the oregano, thyme, and basil.
