This is a fairly easy cake to make as it uses a mix with added ingredients. It is also a nice one to carry to things like bake sales and pot lucks as it does not have a sticky, messy icing.

    Recipe #92737

This recipe has three of my favorites in it; oats, and chocolate and peanut butter together as the topping! Yummm..... Cook time does not include time to cool.

    Recipe #92736

This is an excellent Italian recipe! It was cooked and served to us for dinner by an older friend. We really enjoyed it - so she gave me her recipe - and I share it with you. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

    Recipe #92617

I have had this recipe so many years that I don't remember who gave it to me. We enjoy it very much, and the kids would eat squash this way when they wouldn't touch it in other ways.

    Recipe #92534

Chinese food is a favorite of mine. This is a lighter version using reduced sodium soy sauce, so is better for you (or at least for my Blood Pressure.)

    Recipe #92527

This one has a little bit of ham meat in it as well as onions and oranges. Great for those of you who like Brussels Sprouts!

    Recipe #92367

I always enjoy asparagus - and this is for other asparagus lovers. The carrots add a lovely contrast of color. And it is only 43 calories a serving!

    Recipe #92368

This is a tasty vegie from my Weight Watchers Years.

    Recipe #92366

This recipe came from when I was in Weight Watchers during the mid-1990's. The cilantro is the debate at my house as my DH hates it and I love it!

    Recipe #92264

What a wonderful tasting snack, dessert, or maybe even breakfast? It's got to be healthy with applesauce and oats in it - right?

    Recipe #92164

It's name says it all except - Yummy!!!!

    Recipe #92067

This is a recipe I have had since the late 1960. Great one dish meal with your meat and vegetables cooked together.

    Recipe #91924

Many years ago this recipe was given to me as a recipe that was one of (or like)Fannie Farmer's chocolate cookies. My recent research shows that Fannie Farmer lived and published a cookbook in the late 1800's. I have never seen one of her cookbooks though her recipes remain popular.

    Recipe #91925

This recipe has been a favorite in my family for many years, especially with DH. Eggplant is not a vegetable we eat much of - but we do like this casserole! I usually make it as a main dish - but it could be used as a side.

    Recipe #91923

This recipe is totally cooked in the microwave. (With the exception of boiling the noodles - and those can be bought precooked these days.) There are no messy skillets to clean up AND your kitchen stays cool on those hot summer days.

    Recipe #91740

When I was a young bride an older lady from Texas used to make this wonderful cake for me and DH. She was a great cook. It has remained a favorite of ours. Soooo good!

    Recipe #91731

It's about time for the summer vegetables to begin showing up. This is a tasty side dish in which to use some of them. I have had this recipe for years.

    Recipe #91582

I found this recipe about 30 years ago in a magazine - though I no longer remember which one. Wonderful when you want a meat dish!! And very simple to make.

    Recipe #91413

I like cheese cakes!! This delicious cheese cakes uses a cake mix for an easy base. Tastes great with a cup of coffee.

    Recipe #90324

I found this recipe in a Pillbury Bake-Off Cookbook about 10 years ago. It's delicious, fairly quick to make, is low-cal and party perfect.
