    I love bitter greens, their so good for you, and so energizing to eat. This salad is like a super energy food. I make it at the beginning of the week so I have something healthy to snack on for the rest of the week. Their are so many ways you can vary this, and you should! I like things salty and strong tasting, and have made this with any type of vinegar that's graced my cupboards. So make it a few times close to the letter, then start to add your own flair. eat it by itself, on toast with cheese, over rice or cous cous or even in your eggs! super versatile, so yummy...

    I don't really know where I got this recipe from, But I've had it hanging around for a while. These are so yummy, my boyfriend asks for them at least once a week. Perfect for a holiday dinner, cookie exchange, or any other party where you want to dazzle your friends/make them love you forever. I sprinkle the top of this with sea salt before I pop it in the oven, I think it adds that little extra something. I've also drizzled it with melted chocolate after they've cooled, but their so rich you really don't need it!

    This mayo should keep for a week or two if its covered and cold. Its so easy to make and all you need is a food processor. I fiddled with a few different recipes until I made this one. some were too bitter, others just weird. this one works great on sandwiches. and you can also add spices or garlic to liven it up!

    This recipe is based on about 10 different tapenade recipes I've been looking through. Its lemony, garlicky and awesome on a crusty bread with goats milk cheese. Great for a party, and super easy to put together. The longer you let it soak, the more the flavors bloom. Use good olives, its worth the extra money. I love olives, it's another way for me to eat them every day.

    This is a good winter granola, simple and spiced. Of course all the ingredients are up to your discretion as far as amounts go, if you like a lot of ginger, add more! Also, if you want something a little sweeter, cut the molasses with honey. I noted this recipe when I was making the granola first hand, enjoy!

    I just made this on a whim. I found this really great green curry paste (tiger tiger brand) and I'm making all kinds of tasty things with it! This makes the perfect single serving size for a chilly night. The proportions are fairly easy to up though. Also I live at high altitude, so your rice/water ratio may be different. Enjoy!
