Made this to get rid of most leftover veggies and turned out pretty good.
This is a light meal that can be made with relative ease. It's healthy and keeps very well. Also very easy to eat :)
It takes a little bit of attention. But not too much. A wok is the best tool to make this with but a large frying pan would work.
This one's easy. It's relatively quick to prepare though there is marinating involved. You can ask your butcher to cut the baby back ribs in half lengthwise or take a bone saw to them yourself to make narrowed strips. This is delicious and juicy..
