This is extremely scrumptious! My boyfriend gives it two thumbs up! (and he's a picky eater!) Even though it calls for flat iron (top blade) steak I used chuck steak because my local grocery store -surprise!- didn't have flat iron steak. It still turned out fantastically! This is a recipe from Campell's that is extremely easy and tasty. We make it at least twice a month! You can make it as spicy as you like depending on the salsa you use. I have also tried it with pork as well!
