A light and zesty alternative to a traditional salad. My DH prefers it without the orange, and definitely without the ricotta. I like the orange, but I'm perfectly happy to go ricotta-free as the other flavors are subtle and rich already. Can be made several hours in advance and served room temperature.

A tasty potato salad - I like it a little better without the turkey. The celery and apple are nice touches. Tastes better if allowed to sit overnight before serving. I think this is from Rachel Ray's magazine (?).
My boyfriend lived many years in Russia and he has been teaching me about 'Old Country' food. I haven't tried this recipe yet, will update when I do. Prepare the dough 3-4 hours before you plan to bake. Preparation time includes rising time.
