I found this recipe on Williams-Sanoma cakelet pan. Tastes very good, and my kids like to experiment with different baking pans we got from that store.
I used fresh chopped stroberies ones when we ran out of raspberries, just remember that fresh stroberies are not as moist as frozen raspberries so you would need more berries - I used 1/3 cup extra.
There are so many versions of this salad. This is one of the simplest Russian salads. I do not think I know anybody who didn't like this salad after they tried it. I believe every Russian lady knows how to cook this one in her own way. Here is my version of this traditional Russian salad.
