    From Two Peas in a Bucket NSBR board. User lucyg819. Her original post reads: "If you only need single crusts, here is my grandma's super quick and easy no-roll crust recipe" Melt one stick of butter in microwave. Stir in one tbsp sugar, one tbsp vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Then stir in one cup of flour until well blended. Pat into pie pan and up the sides. Ta-dah! Nice, shortbread-y pie crust, done in five minutes.

    Leeks (some call them "ramps" ) grow wild here in the foothills of the Alleghenies. I adpated this from a recipe that I found online. The ingredient list below says "ramps" because Recipezaar kept changing it from "wild leeks" to "leek" which is a completely different vegetable.
